Activity 1: Project Management. Provision of expert capacity for successful administration of the process of implementation of and reporting on project activities. For this purpose, a Project Management Team was formed, which includes a Manager, Coordinator, Financial Expert, Technical Expert and Associate.
Activity 2: Implementation of awareness and publicity measures. Implementation of measures related to the publicity of the project, to promote the general goals of EEA FM and to emphasize its financial contribution to the realization of the project. Their implementation is in accordance with the Communication and Design Guide of EEA FM.
Activity 3: Implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency in three buildings on the territory of the municipality of Pernik. Implementation of energy efficiency measures prescribed in the energy efficiency report, which will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of three municipal buildings: a) Building of VI Secondary School "St. St. Cyril and Methodius"; b) Building of a gymnasium at VI Secondary School "St. St. Cyril and Methodius"; c) Building of full-day kindergarten 15 "Raina Knyaginya".
Activity 4: Implementation of author supervision, construction supervision and preparation of tender documents. Service activities supporting the implementation of the project activities and corresponding to the legislation in connection with the awarding and implementation of the construction works on the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the three buildings on the territory of the municipality of Pernik.
Activity 5: Exchange of experience, knowledge and good practices at managerial and expert level with Norwegian partner: Strengthening bilateral relations with donor countries, including Norway, by establishing partnership relations with the Norwegian partner. Solutions and recommendations in the field of enterprise energy efficiency management will be achieved by holding joint meetings to exchange experience and preparing a study to present good practices.
Activity 6: Project Audit. Carrying out a financial audit to verify the legality, eligibility and compliance with respect to the incurred costs of the project and the requirements of the procedure and the funding program.
